If I answer only questions (and I am at level one) how long would it take me to reach one million points?

It would depend a lot on how many best answers you receive. The more best answers you get the faster you will get to a million points.
Just answering 100 questions a day and receiving no best answers, it would take approx 13.5 years.

approximately a hundred years-200 years. even the guy on the actual of the international common table has purely have been given 522,000 factors so will take a very long term reckoning on time available etc

It should take quite a while.
You'll have to answer loads of questions, and have a large best answer %.
