What extras do I need to buy when I purchase an IPOD Touch?
Okay call me stupid but my daughter wants an IPOD Touch for Christmas. The problem is I don't wanna sound "uncool" by asking HER about it. Do you just buy it and it is ready to go or do you have to pay for monthly service like AT&T or Verizon? Please help!!!

An iTouch is ready to go as soon as you start it up and hook it to a computer with iTunes.
There are no montly service charges as it is not a cellular phone . It only supports wifi which can be used to skype call . Theres nothing else you really need to actually use it but keeping a hard cover is always good for safety or one of those designer apple covers which make it look really cool :D .
hope this helps :D
