Should I get my girlfriend plan B?
I had sex with my gf today without protection. She got her period until 3 days ago. Will I be ok, or should I get the plan b pill?

Any sex w/o protection, no matter of the time of month, should be followed up with the plan b pill ASAP.

It's up to her, it's her body. Your end of the deal involves a condom.
Should she take it? Okay, why not. But it needs to be soon.
You should never assume it will be okay if you don't use any protection, the chances are not exactly sky high, people have unprotected sex all the time and it is somewhat hard to make a baby which is why they tell suspected fertility problem couples to try for a whole year before getting tested for problems... but who is to say you won't be in the small percentage?
Risk is risk. Does it matter how high the risk is when it's basically a flip of a coin?
Depending on how you both think on abortion and the reality of having a child... use this to decide.
The pill can fail and if it fails she would need an abortion, or you would be raising a child. If this is impossible to comprehend then she needs to take the pill and hope for the best.
There are no real bad side effects to plan B but she can't keep taking it every time just in case. So sort yourselves out
