conservative girl playing hard to get... what should i do? (ladies)?

i know this girl for 2 months we met each other at volunteering at the hospital... im a year older shes 19 and im 20

shes asian and seemed to be the conservative type.

i asked her out to get a coffey for the first time and was rejected

i decided to stay in touch with her and hope shell feel more comfortable..i've been talking to her for more than 2 months now (occational flirting) she seems to be doing a good job keeping up with me she flirts alittle to...she dosent seemed to initiate texting to me..i don't text her alot only once or maybe twice a week

anyway it seemed like shes comfortable talking to me so i asked her out again and got rejected

again!! i don't get it, in the text she made it sound like shes fun and interested in me. but she flakes out when i asked her out.

i know shes playing hard to get.. but for what?? dosent she know that if she wants to play the game she needs at least give me some "lee way" to work with...?? ( or its going to kill my interest in her
