where do i apply for a government grant?
need to buy a foreclosed house, it is 14,000 dollars and very nice little house for me and my baby to live in but i need to get a grant for a business or a loan for the house and i don't know where to find the site to apply for it

There's no such thing as a government grant to help private individuals buy houses. The only *possible* way you might qualify for such money is if you'd been dispossessed by a natural disaster of some sort -- and even then, grant money would be hard to find.
If you haven't got enough saved up for a down payment, or a job that pays well enough for you to get a mortgage, then you simply aren't in a position to buy a home right now. Sorry.

There are NO government grants for personal use. Contact a realtor in your area and ask if your municipality has received any grant money for first time home buyers

The ONLY grants for individuals is found at www.fafsa.gov. As for the business, you can only get loans for that, not a grant. www.sba.gov
