I was watching a How i met your mother episode on tv a few days ago, when Barney was on a phone talking to ted and he told him to put on a suit in a dramatic voice and go to the resturant place thingy to meet him.

I'm pretty sure this is "Moving Day" from season 2. Barney doesn't want Ted to move in with Robin so he steals his moving truck and calls him (with dramatic, not-so-disguised voice) and tells him to meet him at McClaren's.
