Forsett - Julius Jones took most of the first-team reps on Wednesday's practice so Jones is most likely going to start, but Forsett has also earned some reps due to his strong play in Jones' absence. Coach Mora eevn said, "Justin's earned the right to carry the ball...so we're going to make sure he gets touches." I still think Forsett will eventually unseat Jones for the starting job, whether it be this season or next. The way things are going to shake out in the first half of Sunday's contest is probably going to be with Jones and Forsett sharing the rock at almost a 50-50 pace with the hot hand getting the ball the most in the 2nd half. Since it isn't compleetly certain, though, it would be wise to wait a week and see how the situation pans out. If both of them receive roughly the same amount of carries then they will severly hurt each other's value and will be no more than flex plays or low-end matchup plays.
Charles - He has proven that the problem with the Cheifs running game this season wasn't the offensive line, but instead that it was Larry Johnson. The Chiefs are probably going to build their franchise around the 2nd year RB because of his amazing vision and awareness at his age, but if there is one thing he needs to take care of, that thing would be the football. He fumbled the ball last week and had a costly fumble against the Giants, but he is working with HOF'er Earl Campbell and will correct that problem eventually. His 330 yards and 3 TDs in the last 3 games definitely outweigh the disadvantages his fumbling brings to his game. He will have a tough test against a well-rested Denver run defense that shut down the Giants rushing attack on Thanksgiving, but since he has played so brilliantly well he is still startable against the Broncos.
Cartwright - The 30 year old RB (he turned 30 yesterday) only got 38 yards on 15 carries to go along with 26 yards on 3 catches against Philly in his 4th career start. You can probably expect to see only a little increase in his numbers against the Saints. The Saints are definitely not run-proof, but Sedrick Ellis will be clogging the middle while Vilma, Shanle, and Sharper (the team's 3 best run stoppers after Ellis) will be taking down Cartwright quickly after he gets past the line. Hell, Ellis, Vilma, and Shanle will probably take down Cartwright in the backfield for a loss at least once since the 'Skins offensive line is so putrid...and this is coming from a Redskins' fan lol.
Bottom Line: You should avoid the Seahawks' backfield this week. Charles should do decent against a rejuvenated Broncos' run defense (just don't expect 10 points from him). Cartwright will be a victim of shoddy offensive line play as he'll get bullied by Sedrick Ellis.
Start Charles with confidence!!!

cartwright isn't gonna do as good as forsett or charles. I have both forsett and charles and it was the hardest decision to choose which one to play this week. I like forsett a lot but julius jones is coming back this week. Jamal charles is the only running back on that team now. He will be in a lot of plays this week and he can catch the ball too which is a big plus. I played charles because he has a better chance of giving me points than forsett

I think that RedSkinFan's answer was spot on. I love Forsett, but he's splitting carries until Jones shows he's incapable.
Charles is explosive and in all honesty, the best thing that KC has. Go with Charles.

I would start Jamaal Charles. He has been hot, and as a featured back playing at Arrowhead, he should get lots of carries and looks.
Forsett has been good, but I think Julius might come back and get partial carries.
Cartwright no, that skins offense isnt reliable at all.

Jamaal Charles!!! He will go off for 130, 2tds, and add about 40 in passing.
Rock is not showing me much and for now Forsett has to share carries
