TV Series Supernatural - Scariest Supernatural Episode From Season 3?

I think that there is not a certain episode which is scary.. I have a few episodes such as ep. 9 ''Malleus Maleficarum'', which was really creepy with all those spells, ep. 10 ''Dream A Little Dream Of Me'', an episode that scared me to death because of the words dean's self told him about going to hell, ep. 15 ''Time Is On My Side'' and ep.16 ''No Rest For The Wicked'' which were the freakiest of all, either about what doctor Benton did to people and especially to Sam (ep. 15) or the way Dean dies and shows him in hell at the end of the episode (ep. 16)

Season 3 probably scared me the least of all the seasons, but there were some episodes that freaked me out--"The Kids are Alright", for starters. Also "Long distance call" and "time is on my side"

Season 3 didn't have that many episodes to begin with..(stupid writer's strike)

The few episodes they showed weren't really that scary..

But.."Red Sky at Morning" did have a few creepy scenes.

For me it has to be Dream A Little Dream Of Me, purely because Dean was attacked by himself, and it showed his inner demons that he held about going to Hell, and being scared. So for me it was more emotional scary than terrifying scary.
