Maybe, depends if it is the Kapersky data base. and if you are able to put it on another computer.
Why not just try free of this ? http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php ~

There's no guarantee. It depends on whether kaspersky's virus definition already contains the trojan you have. There is NO anti-virus software that can completely protect you from viruses. The problem is that anti-virus is always behind the virus. They can't protect against it until they know about it. Try kaspersky. If it doesn't work, you'll have to uninstall and try a different one until you find an anti-virus that knows about the trojan you have.

The answer is there is no way of knowing until you try it. There is a possibility the trojan will block the installation of Kapersky. The first thing you need to do is turn off your system restore to prevent the virus from hiding there. Those files are locked and cannot be scanned without performing a boot scan either from an av with a boot scan option, or with a bootable DOS scan cd. Your best option is to rid the virus before you install your new av. That can easily be done by downloading Malwarebytes, updating it and running a full scan. Again, the possibtility exist the trojan will attempt to block the download. That's easily enough fixed simply by changing the name of the Malwarebytes files before install and run it. In other words, when you click to download instead of choosing "run", choose save. Name the set-up file xxx.pif. It is best to save the set up file to your deskop for convenience. I would recommend changing the name and extension of the Malwarebytes executable file as well. For example, name the file xxx.bat. Find the Malwarebytes run file in program files, right click and choose rename. The link below will assist you in performing these steps.

You can run antivirus and antispyware programs, but the sad fact is if you have found one virus on your computer, you probably have several. Cleaning the computer now requires you to follow these steps, because modern viruses and spyware entrench themselves in files that your computer needs in order to run:
1. Virus-check your data files (not application files-- you have installer CDs for those).
2. Back up the data files, getting them off your hard drive.
3. Get your original operating system CDs that came with your computer.
4. Boot your computer from the operating system CD.
5. Select the option that erases your hard drive and then reinstall your system software.
6. Turn on your software firewall that came with your operating system.
7. Reconnect to the internet, and download *all* Windows updates, no matter how long it takes.
8. Reinstall your application software, and update the applications as much as you can.
9. Reinstall your data files.
10. Create a limited user account on your system that does *not* have administrator access, and web surf only from this account.
Yes, this is a pain in the butt. No, there is no other way. No, antivirus and antispyware programs cannot fix this problem on its own.
So, what do you do in the future?
1. Never click on links you find in an e-mail.
2. Never open an e-mail attachment, ever.
3. Only download files from a reputable website that you know is on the up-and-up.
4. Never use bit-torrent and other file-sharing programs.
5. Never use an unsolicited drive-checking site.
6. Turn off all java and java scripting by default, and only enable java and java scripting for sites that you know you can trust.
7. Never read an unsolicited e-mail, and delete spam immediately. It is possible to be hacked by reading an e-mail alone.
Please adhere to the 'dont's' I provided above, because you will have to repeat the cleaning steps that I listed first *every time you get infected.* Anti-spyware and anti-virus programs are good to have, but they are a second line of defense. The best way to protect your system is you, and changing your behavior.
Good luck!

If you have purchased the Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 and it is up to date try removing the virus with it. If you face any problem you can directly ask to customer care executive of Kaspersky on toll free number. (The major benefit of purchasing any antivirus is the 24*7 customer care support.) It is their duty to help you to solve your virus related problem.

Probably YES.
Kaspersky has one of the highest detection rates.
IF it doesn't work, you can also try Threatfire, a behavioral antimalware that won't conflict with Kaspersky Anti-Virus while enhancing the security and even detecting viruses that Kaspersky might not be able to detect.

Most likely, how could we know. No anti-virus detects or removes everything. Try it and find out!
