More than the filthy rich and loaded goons, it is the poor migrants who have suffered due to this debacle... Dawood is out of India's reach as of now but he will be in the net one day or the other,just like all other criminals. So why not spend time and money on the poor sufferers right now..

To some extent people like him also lost money. But his money is ill-earned so he will not feel the pinch that much. 2ndly, people like him who are always in touch with the power cotary always come to know of such disasters beforehand , So they remove their money just before the crises. It is the common man who suffers because suddenly one day their world is crushed.
As far as India is concerned they cant do anything to Kasab and Afzal Guru who are in their custody, they will extradite Dawood?

No.He must have already been protected by some big shot.India will not have guts to initiate any action against him.
