Sit spin, sit spin, sit spin. I hate them. I haven't even finished getting mine. So far, my tips are to practice on and off the ice getting low enough. First, you need to have the right position. Your foot should be turned out and pointed. It doesn't matter if you fall, just start getting low enough to start building up muscle. After you get low enough, start working the muscles to get back up. Then, you should start to get your sit spin more. It's hard, and it takes a lot of falling. Believe me I know. For the attitude spin, I would practice the pose off ice and hold it there to get the necessary muscles. Then you can try it on ice, and see if you can hold it up high enough! Hope I helped, and Happy Skating!
