I have a add on wood furnace. 10 easy points~!?
The fan stays on and blows cold air in and wanted tips! Also Does the air blow out like a gas furnace or lighter? I just got it and so far very diapointed! It will blow warm aif for 15 min then cold air.The fan wont kick off and coninues to blow the hot air in! So if you have tips ideas or like your let me know what I am doing wrong please!
Do you think sense it doesnt shut off automaticly That it may need a switch?

When the furnace is warm enough the fan should come on automatically. It is isolated from the exhaust and removes heat from the heater box. when it cools off it should shut off automatically.
However you may have to control that yourself.

I think you should check your thermostat setting is it set on auto or is it on continuious run mode. i would think that the fan should be run buy the plenum temp. check to make sure it is wired correctly.
