What will he do with this problem?

My friend confided in me that he owes a person a large amount of money, at this moment he is in no position to pay him. This person threatened my friend that he will report him to the new people's army. He received a letter from the npa. What will he do? Should he have him blottered to the authorities?

    According to my friend the old good npa is now gone and the new npa are bad people more like gangster so i say he better hide and have some safety precautions for his love ones

    And/Or isumbong kay "tulfo" i really believe in that man

    transfer to another place, or go to the npa and issue a promisory note.
