Going active duty Army with one child and active duty husband?

I was discharged from active duty army on Decmber 28th 2008 for childbirth. I am now in the reserves, my husband is also active duty. I am trying to return back to active duty army, but I was wondering what actions I would have to take to make that possible. can anyone help me?

Update:

i have spoken to recruiters and there are updates in regs and apparently its possible now. with waivers and a bunch of other stuff. and as long as you had a family care plan in place while on active duty they cant tell you, you can re-enlist.

Update 2:

Okay, well first off, you all have been pretty disrespectful, with the exception of the young lady who was ni the same situation as I am. I have talked to a recruiter and it is very possible to do it, with a waiver, regs have changed within the last few months, so, I will be going active duty army again within the next few months. Thanks for nothing. =)

almost no chance since you are A prior Service and B discharged for childbirth.

the way they look at it, if wanted to stay in badly enoiugh you would have gotten the FCP and stayed in.

Yes, as long as you have a plan set up for the care of your children in case you are deployed at the same time. College credits can help you gain rank, as will meeting some of your end of Basic PT requirements before you start. Only one of you will receive BAH and you should both receive BAS. While the likelihood of you being stationed together at the same base may be lower, the Army is supposed to station you within 50 miles of each other, so that you can live in between and commute to your respective bases.

With a child you can't go back on AD while your husband still is. I'm in the same situation. I even had my child while on AD and stayed until my ETS date after a deployment.
