My project partner hasn't done anything, what should i do?!?

Okay, for history i got partnered with a girl i sort of knew. She has ADHD and it's hard for her to concentrate. anyway, for the project we had to write a paper and had to make a skit. at first it was okay because we were both looking for information for hte paper. but then i became her being hyper while i did everything. so i wrote the whole 3 paged paper by myself with no help from her. i called her like 2 days ago and told her i wrote the paper so she had to write the skit because it isn't fair that i did most of the work.  she said okay. well, tomorrow starts teh days we perform skits and she hasn't finished writing the skit. we perform the skit next week i think but still, we have to have a five minute skit and have all the lines memorized! it'll take me a while to memorize the lines! i tried calling her today but she isn't answering.
what do i do? should i just write the script myself, memorize it and give it to her and memorize it, letting her recieve a good gread for my hard work? 
this has been a problem in other classes as well. my friend talked to the teacher and had it so their grades were sepearte. I don't want to talk to the teacher because my partner is sort of my friend now and i feel like it's not really her fault more into the ADHD department
So what do you think i should do? i'm getting stressed over it.

i've been in that situation when i was in high school, although my partner didn't have ADHD.. the best thing to do is to let the teacher know about the situation. even if she is yoru friend, you can't let your grade suffer from it.

I have ADHD, and it in no way does hinders me.  An ADHD mind is an overclocked mind that thinks faster and more spontaneous.   My suggestion for you is to brain storm with her and utilize her outofthebox thinking gift but do all the work  your self.  In a way she is a genious next to you and you should cuddle her and do everything for her.  The mear fact that she is talking to you is luck on your part.  She has better things to think about, like contemplating her existance and dazzling gods with her brains gymnastics.  School has been taylored for the morons (the people without ADHD) school work and such has no benifit for someone that is ADHD, they just need presented the facts to digest.  So this project is not for her, but for you, so do it yourself and keep your partner as entertained as possible so that she does not wounder off out of boredom.  Life is short and someone with ADHD is constantly reminded.  Grades mean nothing, just pass.
