Is Tofurkey good ?

Its not bad, but i like it better alone, rather than on bread.

I would give it a try, just to see if you like it.

(oh i have never had that kind of tofurkey i was talking about the slices; thats the only kind they have at store around here.

If you cook it right. I've had some really good tofurkey and some horrible tofurkey. I use 1/2 a bottle of the creole injectors and then rub it with margarine and cover the whole thing with paprika to hold in the flavor. Then I put it in a pan pour some veggie stock in the bottom and cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degree for 1 hour. Uncover, flip, and baste every five minutes for 30 minutes. Viola, a good tofurkey.

I want some, but it takes forever to thaw and then cook, you kinda have to plan ahead when you're going to make it.

I know it looks weird, but it's actually really good! It is probably my favorite meat substitute.

It is really good, I make sandwiches with it all the time.
