I have not asked a question for a long time, but, I have been answering many questions, mostly from American?
young people, who seem to be clueless about European geography. My question is:
" Is European geography studied in Primary/Secondary schools in the United States?
Obviously since is not American is of no importance!!!

In our local public school, European geography is touched upon very briefly during middle school. Grade 8 and that was it unless one opts in for AP European History while in high school. And people are surprised when our students fail to locate major countries on a map. Indeed.
