Yahoo messenger installation error? Help?

Basically this pop-ed up every time i installed the Yahoo Messenger 10, So it wouldn't run and i had to reinstall the old 9 version. Is there anyway i can get it to install without getting this error?

Im running Windows Vista x64, and no if you say its vista i will block you. Vista Rocks.
