Can I apply security to a wmv file, so that when I post it on my website, the viewer can watch the video but not be able to use "save as" function?

this would not be a security issue on the actual wmv file...
i would suggest embedding the file on the site - so it plays and coding your site as to disable right click. although there are some workarounds and people might still be able to save the file using third party sites and software.
