Help with meatballs, need a quick answer!?
I pre-made meatballs for dinner and then realized I made them too spicy for the youngest kid who won't eat anything spicy. So now I need to make 5 more meatballs especially just for him. My question is I don't want use a whole egg just for 5 meatballs, what can I use as a substitute so they won't fall apart when cooked? I used breadcrumbs and egg for the other ones, what should I use? Pls help quick answers?

You can break the egg and whisk it and put only some of it into the meatball mixture and either save the rest for scrambles eggs in the morning or put it into something else your cooking.

you can add some sour cream, milk, cream. you can even add water if that's all you have. you just need some extra moisture to bind them. the eggs make the meatball more tender, so the more fat in the liquid that you use, the more tender your meatball will be.

I agree, just bread crumbs will work. Also if you put in breadcrumbs and olive oil, and if you don't have olive oil, just use regular oil. This is work just as well as egg.
