is this what you're looking for? it looks like they are sold mainly as audio cables but if you don't care about possible quality loss these will probably work. To do what I think you want to do you'll need 3 Monster Cable Standard THX AI-YF NF - Audio splitter - Male RCA to FeM RCA thingies (the link above)

and if the distance you need the connections to be is further that those splitter things will reach you can add two three input/output RCA extention cords like this:
