15 month old has red bumps on stomach.?

They just started yesterday, she's getting 3 teeth in, but they're almost all the way in already. 2 molars and the one next to the front ones. It's on her left side, it's about the size of a quarter with a bunch of little red bumps on it.

Any ideas what it is? Hubby thinks we should take her to the doctor, I'm debating still. She doesn't seem to care about it, she's not touching it or fussy or anything.

Is she wearing jeans? it could be chub. ( : I would recommend taking her to the doctor if it gets any worse, or it may be just a rash, hives or allergic reaction to something.

my 5 month old has the exact same thing. it look exactly the same. i first thought it was ring worm since all the marks were red and round. and yes the bath makes them stick out even more. it is excima. in fact the round type has a pacific name which i can't remember now. ringular something. anyways. we put hypocordazone cream on him 2-4 times a day and it has seemed to work really well. there is a good chance something is triggering it. like the weather change. it can go away just as sudden and then come back the same time next year. since they are young it could just be a baby thing or it can stick with them for life. so never fear. it doesn't hurt. maybe a little itchy as they get older. but there is also a good chance it will go away and never come back.

This is just an idea, but, my friends have always told me that anything resembling a "rash" on the tummy could be an allergic reaction.....did she try anything new lately?
