The sound on the computer works but the sound is not the real sound, its messed up?
Does anyone know what to do to fix this problem, the volume and sound is on but the voice is not clear like if a song was played the persons voice is not the same, its given another voice! Help please! Thank you!
Ok like the sound is working but its not clear and the sound is as if its edited and once any song or audio plays its not the real sound!

I am not sure exactly what the problem is...
But from what I'm reading, I would recommend that you update your video card drivers... Though I can't really help you with that unless you provide more details.
