Damage from car towed with emergency brake on?

I had parked overnight with the emergency brake on in a lot, and they towed it before doing snow removal (was a minor storm here last night, 2-3 inches of snow).

It's an Acura TSX, so front-wheel drive. Was there likely any damage done to the car? I don't know how they towed it...flatbed or not but I know they towed 6 other cars...would that have made them more likely to do flatbed?

Wasn't a repo man or anything...it was the lot owner who hired a private towing company. So would there have been any way for them to disengage the parking brake from outside somehow?

I drove it after picking up the car and it drove fine. I didn't smell any kind of burning and the brakes worked perfectly.

Update:

But how could they have opened it up without the key?

The tow operator will look in the car. If he sees the emergency brake, he will dolly the tires.

By the way, I don't have any open cases of murder or rape. Once I do, I'll stop writing tickets while I investigate.

They could have put it on a flatbed like you stated or put the rear tires on dollies. If they did drag it with the E-brake on worst that could be done would be worn our rear brake pads and possibly warped rotors.

You would have to remove the two front tires to review any possible damage to the brakes & rotors.

any reputable towing company would not damage your car while moving it(the occasional tow truck driver has been known to hook on to vehicles by unapproved methods) unless you noticed something wrong there is no reason to worry
