In my iPhone-at random times-all the apps start vibrating. Why is that?

And when I touch an app, it doesn't open.

Update:

Um, no I don't! There's no such word!

"I know what I saw," I say, "The apps were moving and when I touched them they didn't open ... what is that?"

    You suffer from eppifinefren deffiency. It's a lack of important fluids in the eyes, and symptoms are seeing indivdual small cube like objects convulse at "random" times.
