What do you do to help a friend to stop crying over an obsession?
My friend is obsessed with an actor and she cries when she thinks of the fact that she can't be with him. I told her she might could be able to meet him someday and get his autograph, but she said that would be too depressing for her to stand. I don't know what to do! Please help me! This obsession is taking over her life, and I want to help her so bad.

It sounds like it's taking over your life to! Calmly explain to your friend straight up that it's true that that probably wont happen. Also try to find her someone else to be with. Make sure she understands actors arn't always the people they appear to be. She probably doesn't even know them I'm guessing. Good luck!!

best thing is to introduce her somehow to someone in the entertainment industry. security guys are great cause they have seen all the worst of it. celebrities are awful and disgusting, any celeb with a sex drive can and will have sex with anything and everything. they are terrible spokesman for Americans in the eyes of the rest of the world, and generally should make the middle class very angry. but everyone knows we cant say no to a pretty face. if its that guy from twilight shes all bummed about laugh at her, because that is pathetic.

Obsessions, it's just a faze! Hopefully she will get over it! Maybe things for her are hard! I mean really a celbrity, you know how many people actually have a shot with a celebrity? Why dont you try to be as obsessed as her?
