Cant download on my pc?

PC worked great al week. Got on it today and it will not download anything at all, so I can get updates, info, or anything else. I have been running antivirus consistently and I ran Windows Malware. I tried to download such as spybot and XP restore CD, but nothing will dwnload. HELP!!

    Malwarebytes AntiMalware may be what you need. Have you already updated your A/V definition file and ran a full scan in safe mode? Sounds like you have a virus. Clean out your temp file, see if you can find the trojan with your A/V program and then google the trojan to find a recommended course of action for removal.

    ...or just reinstall windows again...
