Why is it hard to move your face when its cold outside?
Its harder for me to move my face when its cold. Like to talk or sniff or whatever. Im sure it is like this for most people too. But I was just wondering why. Is your face frozen? Or numb from the cold?

Two reasons:
One - your skin contracts when exposed to cold to lessen the surface area and thus diminish the heat that can escape. Tight skin makes fine movements more difficult.
Two - as the cold affects deeper tissues (underlying muscles) they become less responsive and stiffer.
The effect you describe does not require the tissues to actually freeze.
