✖ If your account was deleted because of violations you will have to appeal and see if you win. If you do then yahoo will restore your account.

Once an account has been suspended, closed, or deleted it is gone forever, and can not be restored or reactivated. All information on the account is lost and you can not use the ID name associated with that account, either. You will have to open a new account with a different ID name.
