Some buzz around Minnesota Football, Your opinons please?

The buzz around some inside people at the university of minnesota is that once Brewster gets fired next year (all but inevitable unless he goes undefeated) that Tony Dungy would be aleading candidate for the position, he was a former player and minnesota loves him, your thoughts?

Update:

lou holtz and his family is hated around these parts, i dont know how many people know that but when he left for notre dame he left a large ammount of recruiting violations back at the university of minnesota and has been hated ever since and that includes his son.

If Dungy returns to the game, I believe it would be in a President of Team Operations - with a small ownership percentage - in a NFL team. Skip Holtz, though, may be an intriguing selection if a change is made.

  • I read Tony's book and you might be right

He said he wanted to move away from football but within months he was an analyst

I don't see it. BUT if Chilly doesn't deliver a superbowl, I do see Dungy as the Vikings head coach.

    Never going to happen.

    Dungy is a professional coach.

    He has said so himself.
