Who thinks that Tiger will be back?

I for one think that he is only doing this for himself, and his image. If a person acts a certain way for 5 years, he cannot simply turn it off, and act the complete opposite. A person isn't given respect, a person earns it. 5 years from now will determine if Tiger has earned it.

Of course he'll be back. The only thing Americans love to do more then trash a celebrity is to forgive them and applaud wildly then they redeem themselves. And all Tiger has to do to redeem himself is issue some vague apology (done), then go out and win a major. Then Tiger is walking up the fairway of the 18th at Augusta on Sunday with a 2-stroke lead, all you're going to hear is applause and cheers.

For once, I agree with the questioner...Am I getting old?...However I don't agree a 100%...he made no mistakes...he knew what he was doing and he's just sorry he got caught...nevertheless, all these fuking hypocrites "hoping he becomes a devoted husband and father", HE IS a devoted that...he's making exorbitant amounts of money to give them good lives, and any beetch who married a celebrity of Tiger's caliber, knows exactly what they are getting into...stop the fake and condescending attitudes...you LOVE to rise a person to the top and then LOVE to see them down, thrashing them based on phony morals that, nowadays, nobody and I repeat NOBODY, follows...

I believe it will take him 2 years to get back. The marriage is over. He has a divorce to deal with. Custody, etc.. He'll go on Oprah in January, divorce in May, then rehab for a while. For his own sake and others he really should never get married until he reaches his 60's. I don't think there is a woman who can satisfy his sex drive. Being single, who cares how many women he has. Magic Johnson said he slept with 289 something women and no one cared, until he tested positive for HIV.

As close as he is to Jack's record, I think Tiger's ego is too big to just call it quits for good. I think Tiger will be back playing golf as soon as the media and fan opinion firestorm he created dies down a little bit.

not even a doubt, he'll be back!! golf is such a big part of his life ever since he was a kid. why stop doing something you love just because you've made mistakes. he just needs some time organize his life outside of golf and let things settle down so he can focus.
