Legally can my neighbour turn my power off?

My neighbour turned my power off twice tonight deliberately. We were making noise, but he made no attempt to tell us to shut up. Anyone is Australia able to advise on this? Is it illegal to do this?

    He trespassed on your property. I would call the cops for that in a millisecond.

    I think so

    It's your power and your property

    and they could have gone with other methods

    tell them to knock it off and if they persist call the police
