Sweet and Sour sauce spoiled?
The electricity at my apartment went out for 6 hours then it came back on. The only things I had in the fridge were a bottle of kikkoman sweet and sour sauce and 4 eggs. Obviously, the eggs are in the trash. But what about the sweet and sour sauce? I'm hungry, I want to make stir fry tonight. Can I use it or should I go to the store for another?

We are so paranoid. The fridge still stayed pretty cool over 4 hours I am sure.
Eggs can actually kept out on the counter.
Commercial sweet and sour sauce is full of preservatives. It is fine, and so were your eggs.

I don't think your sweet and sour sauce is spoiled neither are your eggs.Refs can stay cool even after 6 hours.
