To me Jenson Button should have won it, after all Lewis Hamilton won it and people say he is arrogant and leaving the country to avoid tax is not the right thing to do. Ryan Giggs winning is a bit of a puzzle because I don't think he has been the best Premier League player recently even let alone the best in sport.

Ryan giggs is a model professional AND honest good footballer BUT
he hasn't played that much recently and only plays 1/2 a season
Im sure some favoritism has happened here.

Yes, yes it has. Agreed, Giggs is a good footballer, but he's had his day, some of the other sportsmen/women there were far more worthy of the award.

The BBC thinks everyone in the world supports Man United (have you listened to Motson wet himself when commentating a game with them in) hence they think its a good choice.
