Baked Brie & Apple Slices.
Cut a big X in the top of a 4 oz wheel of Brie cheese.
Place into a buttered baking dish, bake at 350F for
about 6 minutes, until bubbly & browned.
Place on dinner plate; surround with apple slices.
Use Granny Smith or Mac type apples.
(1/4 apple = 4 carbs)
Another idea uses sugar-free Jello with fresh fruit:
raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc.
top with Reddiwip topping.
