I've been offered an editing job with them and need to sign a contract. I don't find much information about them online. With all the scams going on, I wanted some opinions if possible.

Um, I can't find any information about them. No webpage or anything.
A real company would at least have a webpage on their own domain.
So I would suggest that you be very very cautious. Especially if they ask for a bunch of personal info.
