I would call around to some of the local dentists and see if they're offering "Free Whitening For Life." This promotion usually requires that you are a new patient and come in for an exam, x-rays and cleaning. Once complete, they will take impressions for a custom tray. You'll get enough bleach to get you white and you will recieve a touch-up tube at your 6 month visit.

If you inquire in your local area then may be you would find some promotional campaigns in which free teeth whitening treatment is being offered.
Other wise you may go for home teeth whitening tips they are also a sort of free.

Edit: Tarnished Angel....if you have to get a new patient exam, X-rays and cleaning to get the bleaching kit...it kinda takes the "FREE" out of it doesn't it?
