how much should i weigh...?????
i am ridiculously skinny, 12 years old, about 5.4" and youd think id weigh like 80 pounds, but then last time i went to the doctors office i was 103 or so. that seems like a loot, im choosing to believe that muscle weighs a lot, (im very strong and athletic) but im not sure.

I am 16, 5'8" and I weigh 150 lbs. I have an athletic build also so my weight is normal. You are only 12 so your body is still growing. You are only 4" shorter than me and you weigh 50 lbs less. I think you are perfectly normal or you could even gain some more. And yes muscle weighs a lot more than fat so don't think you need to lose any weight. To be 80 lbs at 5'4", you would almost be anorexic and doctors would be very concerned. Your weight is perfect :)

If you have difficulties with weight do what I did - try acai berry. If you really want to lose weight its superfood qualities help a lot - but those same qualities additionally help those who are trying to bulk up. Brilliant! you,re o.k. scales are notoriously inaccurate, unless it,s a calibrated beam scale. muscle weighs more than fat.
