why are my links not clickable on yahoo answers?

I keep trying to post links but they are never clickable they show clickable links when I preview but the are not clickable when I post. here is what the look like <a href="http://www.youcanmakethis.com/index.htm?cxaaffrefc... can make this</a>

    People in level 1 who post links

    are not clickable

    the links become clickable

    when the person become a level 2

    Yahoo Answers says it is spam

    When you get to level 2 with another 40 points

    then the links become clickable

    Yahoo changed the level requirement for posting clickable links from level 2 to level 3

    that is because your on level 1

    over a year ago Y/A disabled that due ti all the spam that was going one here by people advertising one here
