Would it be more efficient if were to allow the buying and selling of human organs in an open market?

Yea I need some help I am writing a paper in my economics class and I am writing a paper about buying and selling of human organs in an open market and I was wondering If it would be more efficient than the current arrangements if we were to allow the buying and selling of human organs in an open market to develop? and the cuurent arrangements are that the price of human organs is zero.

    Medical field somewhat differs from usual business field, whereby suppply and demand theory is affected by human rights and ethical practice.

    If you allow an open market, people will disappear and the market will flourish. But that's not good for those of us who get hunted down and killed for a $5 sale.
