    Christmas Day

    Sounds good to me.

Now in my adulthood and before my marriage break up, I would celebrate on the 25th which is customary in England. However, my grandmother was Austrian and it is/was Austrian tradition to give Christmas gifts on Christmas Eve. If memory serves that was the day "Kristkindle" would come and that was the big day when I was growing up.

In a small but unintentional revert to old family tradition, transportation issues will prevent me from seeing my daughter on Christmas Day, however, she is coming over on the 23rd and will be recieving her presents from my side of the family on Christmas Eve.

I juggle between the two, but mostly I celebrate on Christmas Eve and eat tons of leftovers on Christmas Day, when I spend a quiet day watching movies, walking my dogs and whatnot.

I go to my mother's side for christmas eve, and half of christmas with my step father's family and half with my biological father's family.
