How do i respond to a caller who says-?

what's the best way to respond to a caller when they say

'Hello, can I speak to Miss/Mr XYZ?'

and ur the person they want to speak to, is it ok to respond in:

1. 'yes this is she/he'

2. 'yes this is her/him'

OR

3. just 'speaking'

Update:

@ jim: not friends, i meant when people who dont know u call, like from a job interview or something...

    'yes, speaking - how may I help you?'

    'yes this is she' is also fine.

    "Yes this is she" or "speaking", but not the second one. :)

    Linking verbs should to followed by nominative case i.e. she, he, we as opposed to objective case: us, her, him
