They are reading it now to use up any debate time it might get on C-Span, and hundred trillion dollar question is why is controlling party allowing this procedural process to occur. I doubt it would have helped at all, the politicians that are being controlled by outside forces would still be controlled by either the monies they receive from the insurance and pharmaceutical lobbies or those that are in lockstep with their parties philosophy, that being we will obstruct anything that black democrat wants, regardless of what the cost is to the American citizens, or the country.
