HELP!!!!!!!! Taffy concrete?

I have tried 3 different recipes and made taffy concrete 3 times. The military is going to use it as a new tank armor. Every recipe tells me a different temp. If it helps, we are in a hot dry climate.

PLEASE HELP. What can I be doing wrong?

    Try this: http:www.recipesource.com

They have 39 recipes for Taffy.

I have never made it, but I know that the right amount of moisture is critical to making it right, so that it will be pliable while handling and eating it. Go through the recipes and see how the amounts of water change, and increase yours accordingly. I wish I could be more of a help to you.

If anything, this answer puts me over the 5000 point mark, and to level five.

Thanks for the boosting points, hope you get to achieve your taffy goals.

    Happy Holidays!
