The old Blues Rock Band out of England, Blodwyn Pig. Not a bunch of big sax going on, but I think anybody who likes Traffic, will like this.

Letter To L.A. by Joe Ely. 8:16 song, at 2:51 the sax kicks in until 4:20 and then the guitar takes over. There are many others but that stands out for me right now.

Will You by Hazel O'Connor, absolutely incredible sax solo by Wesley McGoogan

Baker Street by Gerry Rafferty is good, too. Raphael Ravenscroft on the sax.

Favorite song with a saxophone is Men At Work - Overkill. However since you asked for sax solo I'll go with Dave Matthews Band - Crash Into Me. Well really these songs are tied.
