Would someone recommend a good web creation program?

Firstly, it's javascript; not java. Flash videos are created in, Adobe Flash; not other programs (unless it's a recorded video). And php can be done in any text editor, but you need something to "host" it on, use WAMP for that.

If you want something for sites, Dreamweaver is your best bet however.
