It all depends how many seeders ur torrrent file has, the more seeders the faster teh download.

When u download the torrent file always check for the ones with the most SEEDS, the more the faster the download.

Bittorrent depends on the amount of "seeders" a file has.

Seeders are the people around the world, who are allowing you to download the file from them.

The more seeders, the faster your file will download.

What you can try to do, is reduce your "Upload Bandwidth"

This is usually in the 'Options' or 'Preferences' of the program you are using.

Put your Upload Speed to about 15-25 kbs.

that doesnt depends upon the usage of your computer...download speed depends upon no. of seeds and ratio of it with leachers....the better the ratio the higher the download speed.....so next time select torrent files with more seeds and a good ratio....
