If you do not mind making a business in design websites and managing the site for small businesses with low exposure into Internet as a medium for advertisement.
You must have a skill in web designing and how website is manages.
Search this knowledge from the Internet and books.

but seriously, apply for a job like maccas. it may not be the best job, but it pays. also, rather than getting a credit card, get a debit card. it makes you more careful with your funds. once you have a debit card, you can start sellin stuff and gettin more money. and yeah, plan this out. oh and good luck

EVERY ONE AT SOME POINT START FROM NOTHING! WHAT YOU NEED IS A PLAN! A LONG TERM PLAN! SITDOWN AND TAKE YOUR TIME AND FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO IN LIFE AND PERSUE IT!
