Just Soap or Soap and a Face Towel /Bath Scrunchie?

My sister and I are having a disagreement over hygiene. She says that she just takes the bar of soap and cleans herself with it, but i take a face towel or bath scrunchy with soap on it and use that to clean myself with. I say just using the bar of soap is nasty because your leaving your germs all over the bar of soap when other people have to do use it also ( I don't care is soap is self sanitizing or not), but she says it cleaner than using a face towel or scrunchy because your spreading your germs across your body. So I need opinions.
