Does anyone know the specific route King David took when fleeing ?

Fleeing Jerusalem from Absalom's rebellion when he went out of the city through the Valley of Kidron to the Mount of Olives, then to Bethany/Bethphage to east of the Jordan River ? I have a general idea, but specifics would be appreciated.

A good map of the region (though it does not show his path)

I couldn't find anything showing his path. If I recall correctly, QuickVerse was supposed to have a bible atlas that included such details - showing, in fact, details such as which side of the valley the Israelites were on when facing the Philistines, etc. However, it's been years since I read about this bible atlas, and I may not be remembering the correct program.
